Lost at Olive.

Yoshiki stole base for the fifth time this season. Miwa of Kagawa is close behind him again this year. I look forward to another battle between them. These pictures were taken by Yocchan ,who kindly sent them to me today. The angle is different than usual and is
interesting. Thanks Yocchan!

One point to go!!

Carlisle United need one more point to be promoted to the 1st division
of the English Football League. If Grimsby drop a point tonight. They will be promoted. If Northampton draw and Carlisle win tomorrow ,they will be league champions even though they still have 4 games left.
I used to live in Carlisle when I went to college. My sister lives there now.
It is about 40 minutes by car from my home town of Keswick and has the only professional football team in the county.
The pictures are of Carlisle striker ,Michael Bridges who used to play for Leeds United. C'mon Carlisle!!!

On base, ready to go!

After The Game.

The respected supporters of Yoshiki.

A Change in Form?

I have not seen Yoshiki bat this season yet, but from Yocchans' picture
it seems his form has been changed a lot by the coaching staff. He seems to be struggling to change and has not been hitting well. But remember that he changed from a right-handed batter to a left-handed batter in his second year at high school and was still a regular. He'll come through it, I'm sure.
It seems his new style will give him more power and maybe we might see a home run from him this year.
