Yoshiki left Odawara on Wednesday(one day late!) and stopped in Tokushima to pick up his things and then drove to Ehime. He will join the Mandarin Pirates team for training and for events from today. He has not chosen a back number yet, but "0" seems to be an option.

2007 SEASON

This season Yoshiki will play for Mandarin Pirates of Ehime. After leaving Indigo Socks he was asked to play for Mandarin Pirates. His intention was to play in a different league before being invited to play for them, but thought he would like to have the chance to play in a different team in the Shikoku Island League. He enjoyed his two seasns with the Indigo Socks and it was a hard move to make as the Socks supporters were great. (are great!!)They'll always be close to his heart. Out of respect to those supporters,I will keep this blog active under the same name. He has not decided a back number yet. Only a few were avaiable. Some players have since left the team so he may get one of theirs.

As Yoshiki is not an Indigo Socks player anymore I am wondering if to keep this blog as it is and make another or just continue. Some Indigo Socks fan might come to this site and think "Hey! This isn't an Indigo Socks site! It's a rival team's site!"
I still can't mention the name of his new team even though he'll be training with them in a few days somewhere in Ehime.

Island League

Yoshiki will return to Shikoku next weekend by car. He has been training at the local
sports centre in Minami Ashigara (famous for Kintaro) and also at the local high school ground. At the moment he is out of contract.
The IBLJ have not released the news about him yet. He will be joining the team
on the 20th. There might be a few shocked faces when he suddenly appears.
